Our company is composed of professionals with solid management and technical expertise with diversified backgrounds including prominent leaders in academia, military, and national intelligence. Founded in 2009 by Richard Scheper, Ph.D., Jovian Concepts is known for being attentive to the emerging technologies and policies within the Federal Government and for matching the right employees to the task. Our competent, congenial staff works side by side with their Government counterparts to deliver practical, cutting edge technology solutions in the most demanding mission areas.
What's the BIG IDEA?

Jovian Concepts is founded on the belief Dr. Scheper developed over the course of his career: the surest way to provide outstanding support to every facet of a mission is by gathering the best people in the business. As an astrophysicist, Dr. Scheper naturally invoked the largest planet in our solar system to name Jovian Concepts-- representing the 'big ideas' we provide our customers and the emphasis we place on building a corporate culture that invests in our employees.

Whether technical, programmatic, managerial, or clerical, superior performance comes from thoughtful people: people who listen, who regularly move out of their comfort zones, who think critically and consider opposing points of view, and, most importantly, who do not take themselves too seriously.
