'Tis the Season for Giving

At Jovian Concepts we are grateful for the ability to give back to our community. Through employee-initiated and corporate giving, Jovians put their Core Values into action: personal growth, loyalty, professionalism, balance, and cohesiveness. In 2022 Jovian Concepts is pleased to have participated in the following outreach efforts:

Collecting dogfood and supplies for the Senior Dog Sanctuary.
Sponsoring the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) "Infinite Possibilities" Gala in support of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) education.
Plunging into the chilly Chesapeake Bay to raise funds for the Maryland Special Olympics athletes.
Hosting the eighth annual Jovian Concepts Golf Tournament to benefit the American Red Cross National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Region's Service to the Armed Forces.
Running as a team in the AFCEA CMD 5k to raise funds for STEM scholarships.
Collecting boxes upon boxes of shoes for Shoes for Souls.
Providing hurricane relief through an American Red Cross micro-site donation platform.
Supporting a variety of community charities such as Respite Retreats, National Ovarian Cancer Coalition, Platoon 22, Our Kids Our Future, Maryland Center for Veteran Education and Training (MCVET), Gold Star Teen Adventures, Johns Hopkins Children's Center, Elks Lodge in Towson, Make-a-Wish Foundation, Mentoring Mentors, and the Get Headstrong Project working for PTSD treatment.
Helping underserved students through a late summer school supply drive.
Participating in Wreaths Across American (happening in just a few weeks) to honor the memory of U.S. Veterans.
Serving as a collection site for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots campaign.
Supporting industry groups such as the Fort Meade Alliance, AFCEA and CAMI in their efforts to foster the cyber and defense communities.
Demonstrating a commitment to education through volunteering to serve local students through career days, mock interviews, and as competition judging, as well as our ongoing relationship with CCBC, providing accessible education to underserved communities.

It is a privilege to serve our community and we are thankful for the Jovians who leverage our cohesive culture for the benefit of others. Their generosity is one of the many ways our employees prove they are Down to Earth, Up to the Challenge.
