Richard Scheper and Jovian Concepts Are Recognized for Philanthropy
The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Board of Trustees Annual Foundation Leadership Recognition
Awards for 2022-2023 on September 21 call attention to both Jovian Concepts, Inc., and the company founder Richard Scheper, Ph.D.
For Dr. Scheper's leadership in personal support and corporate and community support for education, he receives the Outstanding Philanthropy Award and the Outstanding Advocate Award.
Jovian Concepts joins local businesses such as McCormick and Company, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and Whiting-Turner Contracting to receive the Outstanding Benefactor Award.
As an appointee of the Maryland Governor, Dr. Scheper serves on the CCBC Board of Trustees and supports the school mission to provide "accessible, affordable, and high-quality education that prepares students for transfer and career success, strengthens the regional workforce, and enriches our community."
