Jovian Concepts Is Recognized as Top Workplace

Baltimore Sun Media recognizes Jovian Concepts, Inc., again this year as a Top Workplace in our region. The 2020 Top Workplace list is created by gathering feedback from employees using a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC. Drivers such as alignment, execution, and connection are measured anonymously to provide companies insight to corporate culture.

“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” says Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”

This is the fourth consecutive year Jovian Concepts has earned Top Workplace recognition. It is an honor to be listed among local leaders in positive corporate culture and Jovian Concepts is grateful to our employees for their feedback. One employee comment on the Energage survey about why they are motivated at Jovian Concepts says it all: "we can be [a] successful company while maintaining a good work-life balance and also supporting our community through various philanthropic pursuits." This balance of Core Values and professional excellence is a Big Idea.

Big Ideas are Jovian Concepts.
