Jovian Concepts Named Top Workplace Again

The awards keep coming this year for Jovian Concepts as the Baltimore Sun Media Group recognizes the company as a Top Workplace in the Baltimore metro area for the eighth consecutive year! By surveying Jovians on factors ranging from pay and benefits to their thoughts on effective leadership, feeling appreciated, and whether the work we do feels meaningful, a third-party engagement platform called Energage ranks Jovian Concepts twelfth out of 112 honored workplaces in our size category! In total, 165 companies of various sizes are recognized by the Baltimore Sun this year.

This is the second Top Workplaces recognition for Jovian Concepts in 2024, the first being presented for the Washington D.C. area in June by the Washington Post.
