As summer temperatures rise, we're keeping it cool with a variety of activities here at Jovian Concepts. We're pleased to be recognized again this year as a Top Workplace. Need a beach read? Our Professional Development and Personal Growth Book Club is starting The Power of Fun this month. Author Catherine Price promises to reveal the benefits of what she calls True Fun and that sounds like our kind of topic! The book club is one of the many free perks available to Jovians in all our locations. True to our Core Values of Professionalism and Personal Growth, the self-paced readings provide opportunity for enriching discussion in an online forum.

Baseball season is in full swing, so to say. Jovians and their families are enjoying tickets throughout the season-- complete with free parking! The Baltimore Orioles are among the favorites at our corporate headquarters, keeping things exciting again this year. For Jovians who prefer playing to watching, our Get Moving Challenge moves into the homestretch this summer. Participating Jovians compete for prizes and glory in this friendly year-round competition. We look forward to calculating the final scores in fall to see which team of employees out-moved us all.

Speaking of swinging and moving, how's your golf game? Consider joining us October 4th for the tenth annual Jovian Concepts Golf Tournament at Waverly Woods Golf Course. Proceeds this year go toward establishing an impact fund for veteran and military-connected students attending the Community College of Baltimore County. Another tradition we value is our annual teambuilding retreat. Interested to know where our 2024 trip will find us?
