In addition to our regular monthly happy hours in Maryland, in August we're going to party like it's 1989 at the AFCEA CMD Sunday Funday event. With music by the Reagan Years and SoulTET it's bound to be a good time. To join us, visit the AFCEA CMD event page.

Meanwhile we're still enjoying the summer playlists we created earlier this season. Our teambuilding retreat in Vermont offers us plenty of opportunity to listen to the playlists in full while building on the Core Values employees identified way back in 2017. While in the Green Mountain State with our Plus Ones, we've been hiking, touring breweries, shopping, and gathering around the kitchen to create a meal to remember.

We're excited to see the Orioles doing well this season. With season tickets (and parking passes!) we've been treating Jovians and their Plus Ones to baseball games in Baltimore and our locations upon request. Some Jovians have even been inspired to throw a ball around as part of the Get Moving Challenge, our internal friendly competition that has Jovians doing yoga by the water, tackling adventure courses, and fishing to earn points this summer.

As Jovian Concepts approaches our company anniversary this September, plans have started for our family picnics in each of our locations. From Augusta to Okinawa, our Down to Earth, Up to the Challenge spirit extends to even the smallest in our group, so we are thrilled to welcome some new babies to the Jovian Family this summer. Each receives a special welcome. Even though they are tiny, we know they are full of Big Ideas. They arrive just in time for their parents to enjoy our newly enhanced Parental Leave policies!
