Get Involved with Jovian Concepts--Late Winter 2021

As the weather warms up, so does the cohesive culture at Jovian Concepts. From saving some green to hitting the greens, Jovian Concepts offers a variety of opportunities to get involved. Take a look at our late winter activities calendar to see how our employees are connecting this season.

Getting outside for a group hike is evidence of the Down to Earth--Up to the Challenge spirit here at Jovian Concepts. These excursions are planned by employees and are a good way for families and pets to add more 'social' into 'social distancing'. Snow or mud? No problem.

Codenames is back as a virtual alternative for employees and families this season. The extra bonus of online games is that they provide an easy way for employees in different locations to socialize. With employees and their families living in Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Japan, Key West, and Seattle, the time zone is the only thing people need to remember when planning online games. Plans for a joke-themed Bingo game are also in the works for later this season.

Regular All Hands meetings are an example of how communication supports the Core Values of Jovian Concepts. This month employees get a chance to meet with Richard Scheper to hear first hand company updates and ask our CEO questions. Employees will also hear from our company's financial advisor about saving money and getting the most from the contributions Jovian Concepts makes to employee 401k and Health Savings Accounts.

Eager to get back on the green? Mark your calendar to join Jovian Concepts October 1 at Waverly Woods Golf Course for the annual Jovian Concepts Golf Tournament benefitting the American Red Cross National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Region's Service to the Armed Forces. Look for registration to open in spring.

The Jovian Concepts Eyewear Collection in Maryland ends February 26th. Many thanks go to our employees and community members for supporting this drive and donating the gift of sight to underserved community members.
