Get Involved with Jovian Concepts-- Fall 2024

This fall Jovian Concepts is grateful to be part of a generous community. Both our golf tournament and our toy and book collection were overwhelmingly successful thanks to the Jovian volunteers, friends, partners, and neighbors who believe in helping local causes to benefit children and our military veterans. Community involvement is one of the many things happening at Jovian Concepts this season. Read on to learn what our award-winning corporate culture looks like in action.

Jovians have earned recognition for their philanthropic involvement and we have been honored as one of only 839 companies nationwide with a 2024 HIRE Vets Medallion. Jovian Concepts is a company comprised mostly of veterans and military-connected employees, so we are extremely proud to display the Platinum Medallion for recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans.

Our Professional Development and Personal Growth Book Club is currently reading Think Again by Adam Grant. The book provides insight to how and when to change course. Jovians participating in this free perk have an online forum for discussion and a guide who encourages readers with thoughtful questions.

Speaking of encouragement, our Get Moving Challenge has Jovians in November trying to conquer PLANKSgiving! Adding ten seconds each day to a plank sounds easy enough... until you get to day 8 or 15 or (gulp!) 26. Thankfully, there is plenty of positive reinforcement (and a little smack talk) on Teams to keep the challenge engaging.

All that extra exercise will pay off when Jovians hit the dance floor at our annual holiday parties. Our stateside and OCONUS locations have celebrations planned to round out 2024 in classic Jovian style-- the perfect ending to a year full of growth and activity for Jovian Concepts.
