Get Involved with Jovian Concepts--Fall 2020
Corporate culture at Jovian Concepts is guided by our Core Values. This year, Balance and Loyalty have been at the helm as we navigate culture in a global pandemic. Take a look at our autumnal activities calendar to see some ways we build on our cohesive atmosphere.
Our annual Leadership Retreat moves to the fall this year. The long weekend away from it all provides time for reflection and professional development. It is tradition to share and enjoy each other's talents, from the cooking to the entertainment.
New this year we have commandeered a cruise with Urban Pirates for an evening on the water. Our small group has the ship to ourselves for a swashbuckling adventure.
Sections, Subs, and Suds are our answer to happy hour during a pandemic. With plenty of room in our Hanover office, small groups meet weekly for mini-happy hours in a relaxed setting.
Our Personal Growth and Professional Development Book Club kicked off the season with the book A Human Algorithm: How Artificial Intelligence is Defining Who We Are, by Flynn Coleman. Reading a few chapters each week we aim to finish the book by early December for our online discussion.
Staying connected through online games is helping us this month get to know our support staff in a game we created called Whose Office Is It Anyway? Each week, photo clues around the office help us get to know the people behind the desks.
Our annual Food Drive starts soon. We are pleased to continue this annual tradition. Please consider stopping by our Hanover location to donate non-perishables, cleaning items, and baby diapers.
