The Baltimore Sun Names Jovian Concepts, Inc., a Winner of the Baltimore Top Workplaces 2019 Award
Jovian Concepts, Inc., has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Baltimore Sun and again has received special recognition as the Top Workplace for Work/Life Flexibility.
The 2019 Top Workplace list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“The Top Workplaces award is about much more than recognition and celebration,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
This is the third time Jovian Concepts has earned Top Workplace recognition and the second time Jovian Concepts has been named Top Workplace for Work/Life Flexibility or Balance. President and CEO Richard Scheper, Ph.D., attributes this honor to the focus employees have on Core Values and mission statement, both of which employees created together. “We are a company of professionals who loyally support each other and the mission of our customers,” he explains. “By dedicating our efforts equally between our inward and outward focus, our employees make Jovian Concepts a Top Workplace.”
