Dr. Scheper Recognized for Outstanding Service

The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) recently recognized Dr. Richard Scheper, President of Jovian Concepts, Inc., with an Outstanding Service Award for Exemplary Service to the CCBC Foundation. The CCBC Foundation has been raising funds for student scholarships and other programs and activities benefiting the CCBC community since 2005 in an effort to support high-quality accessible and affordable education to adult learners in Maryland. Dr. Scheper, a member of the CCBC Foundation Board of Directors, has served as a physics instructor at CCBC and was once a student in the CCBC Honors Program.
