Many years in the field of education offer Stacey a unique perspective for Jovian Concepts: people are her focus. As Corporate Secretary, she manages the 'fun factor' that keeps Jovian Concepts working as a cohesive group. Talented, capable employees deserve to be treated well and she endeavors to make sure Jovian Concepts employees know how greatly they are appreciated.

Favorite Thing about Jovian Concepts: The culture, especially the events that bring us all together--imagine celebrating Thanksgiving with your favorite cousins a few times each year. That's what our whole-group events are like.

Best Jovian Memory: It meant so much to me when several Jovian Concepts employees asked if my daughter would premiere her college capstone film at our headquarters so they could see it. To see everyone gathered around her, asking questions and receiving her work with such enthusiasm reinforced that Jovian Concepts is an extension of our family, not just from Rich and me to the employees, but from the employees back to us. It is just one of the many moments I reference when people ask what I mean when I say the company has a family culture. We do these sorts of things for each other. We celebrate our families and all the small things that matter in big ways.
