Guess who were the only two people to dress like pirates at the office for Halloween, 2004--five years before Jovian Concepts was founded. It was the 'new guy' (of course) and his enthusiastic Section Manager. While others may have chuckled at their over-zealousness, the day stands out in the history of Jovian Concepts. It was then that Heather Johnson and Rich Scheper knew that they shared a unique characteristic: they were Down to Earth. While others may have brought just an eye patch to work, Rich and Heather were willing to go all in for their team.

Recent examples of the Down to Earth spirit involve dancing on the beach with a Junkanoo band, quietly earning accolades for contract work, racing through the mud just for fun, and serving coffee at 7 a.m. to volunteers raising money to help active military, veterans, and their families.
