Up to the Spartan Challenge

Over a year ago, the plan was hatched for interested Jovian Concepts employees to participate in the Spartan Race. What drives people to want to spend a weekend day covered in mud, running through a crazy set of obstacles? The pursuit of fun and the magic of teamwork.

The best part of a Spartan Race is running with a team. It's about giving help or encouragement and receiving the same in turn. It's about accomplishing that obstacle you didn't think you could complete-- long jumping over fire, climbing a rope with tired arms, crawling under barb wire. It's a test for yourself and a test for working together. The goal always remains: no one gets left behind.
