The Campaign: 300K for 30Y for the Community College of Baltimore County is underway, beginning with a kick-off reception held at the Jovian Concepts headquarters in Columbia, MD, March 30, 2017. The Campaign celebrates thirty years of the CCBC Honors Program. Dr. Richard Scheper, President and CEO of Jovian Concepts, Inc., and CCBC Honors Alumnus, welcomed Dr. Sandra L. Kurtinitis, President of CCBC, and Dr. Rae Rosenthal, Lead Director of the CCBC Honors Program, along with several students, faculty, donors, and special guests. Members of the Jovian Concepts Board of Directors attended the event as well as former Jovian interns who were part of the CCBC Honors Program.

The CCBC Honors Program offers benefits to highly motivated students, including scholarship and mentoring opportunities, small class sizes, and guaranteed admission to several colleges and universities. Dr. Scheper credits the program for the foundation of his college success and is proud to support the mission of the CCBC Honors Program. The Campaign: 300K for 30Y hopes to raise $300,000 by 2018, which will be the thirtieth anniversary of the Honors Program.
