Reflecting on Core Values: Loyalty

At Jovian Concepts, our Core Values speak to what others seek in Jovian Concepts and what our employees seek in each other, in company leadership, and in themselves. Loyalty is one of our five Core Values: Professionalism, Loyalty, Balance, Cohesiveness, and Personal Growth.

How do we know Loyalty is a Core Value?

What does Loyalty look like?

Recognized by customers for outstanding accomplishments in the workplace, Jovian Concepts employees routinely demonstrate Loyalty to the mission. When asked what employees like most about their work, their dedication to the mission becomes clear. In addition to seeing this Core Value in the costumer space, Loyalty is found in the interactions within the company. Says CEO and President Richard Scheper, “We consider the long term and want Jovian Concepts to be somewhere people can join for the long haul.” Tuition assistance and offering Equity Appreciation Rights are two examples of Jovian Concepts investing in a relationship with each employee. Recognizing the company Founders and celebrating work anniversaries pay tribute to such relationships. Friendly competitions, routine gatherings, and employee-initiated programs such as our Leave Bank strengthen them.

Through sourcing locally for company events, getting involved in community outreach, and giving back to organizations that have helped our extended company family, Jovian Concepts honors our relationship with our neighbors.
